Cooking Class

had another cooking class over the weekend; the class focused on the incredible, edible egg! I've been taking classes at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. I seriously, thought I knew how to cook. HA!! I do love to cook. I find it relaxing. I love to food shop, too. I can spend HOURS in the grocery store..I DO spend hours in the grocery store...when I moved from Stoneham to Quincy, I actually missed "my" Stop & Shop. ridiculous. My daughter calls me "rain man" because I'm so "routine". Change is hard. Interesting, it's the only thing in life you can actually count on.
