How hard is it to use the blinkers in your car? I'm just asking. I mean, basically, you have a thought, "I'm going to be making a turn up ahead." Then, if I'm correct, you would use your left fingers and flick the stick protruding out of the left side of your steering wheel, either up, for "right turn" or down for "left turn"....a quick "flick"....your tail lights, blink blink blink, alerting other drivers as to which way your car will be turning and, if I'm not mistaken, once you've actually taken the turn, when the steering wheel has straightened back out, doesn't the blinker automatically shut off?
Isn't that the way it works?
Because if it is, well, that seems relatively simple; easy enough for any moron to do....and then other drivers will know your intentions....unless of course you want to continue to keep it a secret...

I totally agree! No one uses their directionals any more. Changing lanes on the highway is the best. If I see that they are not signaling but trying to inch over to my lane with out letting me know I will speed up and block them and then just look at them quizzically. Meanwhile, they are yelling and cursing you for not letting them cut you off! While they are on the phone. But thats another story.
Julie,
I've come to the conclusion that Massholes drive the way they do because they think they have the
"right" to drive any way they think they can/want to. This is the basic liberal "right" to do as they see fit. Funny thing is that this "right" is really the "left leaning liberal" thing to do!
Go figure.
It's amazing that most Massachusetts drivers can even remember how to turn their blinkers on once a year when they get their inspection stickers...
its to diffucult to drive, drink coffee,text/talk on the phone apply makeup, read text mess./newspaper,while cutting across 3 lanes for an exit.
